Song Challenge – Song from My Favorite Album

21 Apr

I do not necessarily have a favorite album.  I really love some great albums like Midlake’s “Van Occupanther,” Pink Floyd’s “Atom Heart Mother,” Broken Social Scene’s “Feel Good Lost,” PJ Harvey’s “To Bring You My Love,” and any album by Breathe Owl Breathe.  Deciding between these albums and many others is a difficult task.  So, I chose clearly the BEST ALBUM EVER: Pokémon 2.B.A. Master.

“My Best Friends” is such a great song because it’s a song about best friends.  Best friends who love each other and will do anything for each other.  Best friends who trust each other no matter what.

It also has a sing-a-long chorus, vinyl scratches, programmed beats, and doo-wop background vocalists.  Basically, it’s 1000 shades of awesome.

A runner up is:

It also has a sing along chorus and a really annoying guy just saying weird things.  This one’s a bit more Pokémon centered, but still SPEAKS TO THE SOUL.

And really, EVERY Pokémon song OF ALL TIME is the perfect song.
